Returns & Refund Policy

TRAX Parts & Accessories

We want you to receive the correct parts the first time and enjoy a smooth experience with TRAX Parts & Accessories. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive goods that were incorrectly supplied by TRAX Parts & Accessories, you qualify for a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

  • The item must be returned within 5 business days after reporting

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, fittings, manuals, and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a full refund will be processed.

TRAX Parts & Accessories will arrange return collection or provide return instructions where applicable.


2. Items Ordered Incorrectly by the Customer

If the incorrect item was ordered by the customer:

  • Returns are not automatically guaranteed

  • Each request will be reviewed at management discretion

  • A handling/restocking fee may apply

  • Shipping/courier fees are non-refundable

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Please contact us before returning any goods — unauthorised returns may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Installed or used parts

  • Items with damaged or missing packaging

  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts

  • Electrical components (once opened or fitted)

  • Clearance or special promotion items (unless defective)


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and approval

  • Additional banking processing time depending on your provider


5. Damaged Goods in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Send photos of the packaging and item
  3. Do not install the item

Failure to report damage within this time may affect your claim.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered where stock is available and subject to inspection and approval.
